About King Lizard

This monstrous rock band was born in London to fulfil one dream only, to restore rock and roll to its true self. This band eats, sleeps and shits rock and roll. With influences from 70’s glam, 80’s rock and 90’s punk this band have produced some surprising tracks that show that this band is not your average hair metal band. Their songs are upbeat and fun but with a sense of badass to them, this is music that guys will shake their head to, and girls will sing along. With a solid line up sorted since early 2004, King Lizard have whored themselves out to the London rock scene, and totally blew away the competition at venues such as the Meanfiddler, Madame Jojo, Metro’s, Borderline, Gossips, the Dome and various underground rock gatherings. So what can you expect from a King Lizard gig? You can guarantee some chunky metal riffs, wailing vocals, pounding drum beats coming thick and fast, guitar solos to make you cry, then stick your hands in the air cos the boys are just getting warmed up. A pause for a drum solo allows the rest of the band to drink some beer, and the crowd are now getting excited, cos the lizards know how to build up a show, and they always go out with a bang. Expect the unexpected. This is KING LIZARD. YOU KANT KILL ROCK N’ ROLL!!!
