About The Sunday Fire

After rowing on summer nights Jordan Smith and Tom Bak would sit back and put Saves The Day - At Your Funeral on the surround sound blasting through the den, as they sang along. They began to get into making a band after listening to Jude Law and Semester Abroad, Seventy Times 7, Magazines, and At Your Funeral endless times they knew they had to start something worthwhile. Music is something they love.

Tom Bak and Jordan Smith were in different projects starting with: The Broken with Craig Matthews; Broken By Life with Craig Matthews and Jamie Blanchard; The Farewell Boys with Jesse Gamble on drums; then Tom and Jordan's two piece acoustic duo Silver Sets Fire. After these 'The Sunday Fire' was born.


This band is a five piece emo/acoustic/rock project out of Ontario, Canada. With talented multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Jordan Smith, talented guitarist Nick Carbery, talented vocalist Tom Bak, talented percussionist Brendan Kennedy and talented bassist Cody Johnson they join arms to create the music that is The Sunday Fire.

    like your somewhat punkish music, though the vocals of the song you've posted needs work, or stability really. practice, practice, practice... hopefully i'll hear the outcome on this site soon.
