Born in the roaring sixties in The Netherlands I started writing and playing my own songs round and about 1980. As a solosinger and (mostly acoustic) guitarplayer I tend to have a strong, lively and sometimes emotional stage appearance. In the early eighties I started playing on the streets of major dutch cities. I was young and not very tall so I had to make quite a show to get attention. These days I still move around a lot on stage but I can also be very laid back. My stage shows are very dynamic and people are often very moved after listening to my songs. In my own recording-studio I succeed to make great sounding cd productions. Other artists have already found my studio too. I have made some very inspired albums as a solo artist, with my band (www.debandvisage.com) and for several other great Dutch artists and bands.
