About Cat Cheshire
I have been singing and writing songs since I was a little girl inspired by the constant from-the-kitchen jazz skats of my mother. With some 50 current songs under my belt, I am recording my first collection from home. It's good to stay in one spot and get engrossed in music... I ended up here after a couple of years backpacking the globe. Never would have guessed I would find myself in St Pete and I am very happy to find such a blossoming music scene here.
You can catch me playing in coffee shops and bars in Tampa and St Pete for now, but it won't be long before I get itchy feet and hit the road again, though I am done with the aimless traveling, now it's time to do something, namely make a cd. Some new songs should be up in the next month. Check back in a bit. :)
